Banner set — all nine sizes

Built to the Williams Media spec: exact pixel dimensions at 72dpi, static PNG (no animation or strobing), each file labelled with its size. Website banners refresh monthly, the newsletter MREC weekly — copy lives in banners.json, so a refresh is an edit and a re-run of tools/build_media_banners.py.

Sending to Williams Media

Send the PNGs from the zip — filenames carry the size, as their spec asks.
Click-through URLs are in banner-urls.txt in the zip (also in manifest.json) — one tagged URL per placement so Williams Media traffic is attributable in analytics.
All banners are static — their no flashing/strobing rule is met by construction.
The 1px-border rule only applies to white artwork; these are cobalt/near-black, so no border is needed. A --scheme white build exists if a white version is ever wanted, and it draws the keyline automatically.
